So, after my trip to Shabby Chic I just had to make some gourmet cupcakes of my own. I tried my hand at some pink lemonade cupcakes and they were pretty good! I made sure to share them with a couple of the booktini gals - people who enjoy fine baked goods!! Here's the finished product:
